To get across town, I would catch the train at Shenton Park Station, arrive in the City, and after a few minutes walk, come to the Sisyphean Factory Bus Stop. There I’d wait to be taken to work; where labouring under Madam Lash, late comers, trouble makers and those possessed with visions and copies of Anna Akhmatova's, "Poem Without A Hero", were dutifully played Phil Spector's, "He Hit Me It Felt Like A Kiss". Occasionally, I broke the commuting routine by taking along the Rolleiflex and making some pictures. Then when Alix joined Remi at school and Joelle went back to work, the car became free and so I drove rather than take The Rattler and I no longer made pictures in Town.
